Notifiche ordini Shopify su Telegram in tempo reale

Panoramica

Monitorare gli ordini in tempo reale è fondamentale per un e-commerce. Con n8n puoi ricevere notifiche Telegram immediate per ogni nuovo ordine Shopify, con dettagli su prodotti, importo e cliente.

Prerequisiti

• Istanza n8n self-hosted funzionante
• Store Shopify attivo
• Bot Telegram creato tramite @BotFather

Step 1: Creare il bot Telegram

1. Apri Telegram e cerca @BotFather
2. Invia /newbot e segui le istruzioni
3. Copia il token del bot (es. 123456:ABC-DEF1234ghIkl-zyx57W2v1u123ew11)
4. Invia un messaggio al bot e recupera il chat ID

Step 2: Configurare il webhook Shopify

In n8n, crea un nuovo workflow con un nodo Webhook:

1. Copia l'URL del webhook generato
2. In Shopify Admin > Settings > Notifications > Webhooks
3. Aggiungi un webhook per l'evento "Order creation"
4. Incolla l'URL del webhook n8n

Step 3: Formattare il messaggio

Aggiungi un nodo Set per creare il messaggio Telegram:

Il messaggio deve includere: numero ordine, nome cliente, importo totale, lista prodotti ordinati.

Step 4: Inviare la notifica Telegram

Aggiungi il nodo Telegram con:

1. Credenziale: il token del bot
2. Chat ID: il tuo chat o gruppo
3. Testo: il messaggio formattato dal nodo Set
4. Parse mode: HTML per formattazione

Step 5: Testare il flusso

1. Crea un ordine di test su Shopify
2. Verifica che il messaggio arrivi su Telegram
3. Attiva il workflow

Risultato

Ogni nuovo ordine genera una notifica Telegram istantanea. Non perdi nessun ordine e puoi reagire in tempo reale.
